The collaboration will connect CorpfinWorldWide subscribers to relevant financial information based on a pre-configured query to 10K Wizard, revealing financial facts on a specific US company garnered from recent and historical SEC EDGAR filings and provide real-time alerting on new filings. Coverage includes all companies required to file electronically in the US, which as of November 4, 2002, encompasses all foreign companies listed on US stock exchanges.
